Every freeper should be wailing on his state assemblyman and senator to apply for a convention.
More than one way to skin that cat as we’ve been over a few times. I do not subscribe to your expressed/implied belief about the lack of state sovereignty.
As the presumptions of the Constitution infer and the Ninth and Tenth Amendments express, the states are sovereign outside the Constitution as written and originally understood and intended.
In the meantime, every freeper should be wailing on his state assemblyman for two things:
1) nullify unconstitutional federal acts NOW and
2) join the Citizens for Self-Governance effort for a Convention of States which will take some time, many steps, and requires exactitude on every step.
