One can hope she is spending the day with her voice coach. I love the gal but THAT VOICE is worse than nails on a chalkboard. It’s approaching joke territory, even when you agree with every word.

It is shrill, her accent is grating, her voice is now shaky and her timbre pops from falsetto to normal as oddly as a pubescent boy. It’s unbearable to hear, especially when she increases her volume and intensity at a podium outdoors.

Poor woman, she really needs to spend some time making her voice acceptable to the public. Its doable but it will be like working out, gaining more control of those muscles.

I agree. It would have made more sense voice-wise for her to align with Cruz. He has the same issue.

Omigosh, you are soooo right. I was in another room and had Fox & Friends on and they played part of her speech and it literally hurt.

Surely she wasn’t that bad when she ran for veep. I remember people criticizing her voice but it didn’t bother me then.

I agree, she sounded so bad that I felt sorry for her.

I remember her accent from before, it was not one I hear a lot, but I don't remember the near hysteria that I heard this time. She was very upset about something. No wonder she hasn't shown up today.

I wonder if she was under the influence of alcohol. I do not say that to be mean, but she was not herself, her voice was horrible and screechy/high pitched and she rambled from one subject to another like she was not in control of herself.

I would bet Trump was taken aback at her performance and he surely knows about the son being drunk and assaulting his girl friend and threatening to kill himself with a weapon he had out. That is not Palin’s fault but it is out there today and does not help Trump to be associated with that.

Trump has to know this is not good for his image and she was a mess giving that speech, and she is being dumped on today by the general press. I would not be surprised if he, very soon, dumps Palin from his gatherings. I would if I were him or Cruz or anyone who gets her endorsement and then she makes a speech like that.
