One of the main elements of the PP litigation is that the CMP did not tell the truth as to who they were when interviewing the PP executives.

That will go nowhere. Courts have long held for the right of investigative journalists to operate under false identities in order to get to the truth.

This is simply PP trying to destroy CMP through legal fees.
