He should have been impeached for having asserted executive privileged over this issue, of which there was no basis other than to prevent Holder from being prosecuted for perjury.

A prime example of why the entire “Justice” system sucks muddy ditch water.
It took 3 1/2 years from the time Holder was found in contempt to get this decision.
It should have taken about 3 1/2 months at the most.

And so now it looks like the Obama administration may need a Clinton Presidency to clean this up. Clinton needed Obama for the E-mail situation. Now Obama has to ask himself, who has the best chance to win and cover my butt? Save Hillary and let her try to win or throw Hillary under the bus and let Biden win.
My bet is that he will go Hillary and let her trash his Administration, which she needs to do in order to win. Watch the next several weeks for the answer.
