As well as increasing border security, Ted Cruz wants to double legal immigration, raise H 1B visas by 500%, and give legal status to undocumented illegal aliens in the US.

That’s an interesting conclusion. Sharing original sources, giving my opinion with the reasoning not by attacking or name calling and trying to remind people that no candidate is perfect constitute bullying.

One candidate and his supporters adhere to their Christian values, the other and his followers don't. The contrast is not lost on the American voters.

I was responding to this post and pointing out that the recent NY values incident and some of the past actions of Ted Cruz are not consistent with Christian values. I don't respond well to someone trying to wrap a candidate in a mantle of Christianity and giving him/her a pass on that basis. People should be judged on all their actions good and bad.

Last week or so on tv, he was asked about his eligibility and NBC. He replied yes, his parents are citizens and he is an American citizen. He totally avoided the question. By the time I realized what exactly he’d said and asked what channel that was on, hubby was already channel surfing but he agreed Cruz ignored the real question.

I’m OK with it for the children of those HERE LEGALLY AS RESIDENTS, if they choose to have their kids be Americans. Not for illegals or hit and run visitors, or diplomats, though.

The fact that he had to renounce his Canadian citizenship simply shows the US and Canada have a dual-citizenship treaty and citizenship for both are conferred simultaneously at birth when a citizen of one with jus sanguinis is born in the other, thereby recieving jus soli there.

Don't just say it, prove it. Quote the applicable laws, I say they don't exist except in your wishful thinking.

That video is PROOF of just HOW FAR they will go to TWIST the truth INTO A LIE.

So, in response to your comment:

I don't deny that about the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

That IS the way to stop it.
One thing you must understand, is on of the latest changes to the Naturalization Law, brought about during the "ESTABLISHMENT REPUBLICANS" capitulation to the ILLEGAL ALIEN IN CHIEF, his IRANIAN SPY, and the DemocRATS in congress.

As usual, the Constitution provides the framework for the law, but it is the law that fills in the gaps.
The Constitution authorizes the Congress to create clarifying legislation in
Section 5 of the 14th Amendment;
the Constitution, in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4,
also allows the Congress to create law regarding naturalization,

Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in the gaps left by the Constitution.
Section 1401 defines the following as people who are "citizens of the United States at birth:"

The following shall be nationals and citizens of the United States at birth: ...

(f) a person of unknown parentage found in the United States while under the age of five years,
until shown,
prior to his attaining the age of twenty-one years,

not to have been born in the United States; ...

Now you understand WHY the ILLEGAL ALIEN IN CHIEF, his IRANIAN SPY, and the DemocRATS, have been IMPORTING so many ILLEGAL children without their parents INTO the United States.
