If you can't do, your only option is teach.

If you can do, teach too!

If Cruz and Hillary are running together, would be funny if their candidacy ends up in the courts so where it ends up being no election. Then what? Four more years of Obama or until there is an election?

would more likely than not be held to mean someone that didn't need to be naturalized, didn't have to go through any procedure to be an American, as of course he did not because he had an American mother

Another half truth designed to confuse the issue.

Cruz would NOT have to have gone through any *process*. He would have been automatically naturalized by statute due to his mother's citizenship.

That doesn't make him natural born.

Floyd Abrams: College Campuses Pose 'Greatest Threat' to Free Speech "What is the greatest threat to free speech in America?

The question was the subject of a lecture this week at Temple University Law School delivered by Floyd Abrams, long one of the nation's most prominent First Amendment litigators.

Mr. Abrams, a partner Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP, points his finger at academia. Here’s an excerpt from his remarks, which were posted online by legal blog Concurring Opinions:

[P]ressures on freedom of expression and all too often the actual suppression of free speech comes not from outside the academy but from within it. And much of it seems to come from a minority of students, who strenuously - and, I think it fair to say, contemptuously - disapprove of the views of speakers whose view of the world is different than theirs and who seek to prevent those views from being heard. The amount of students who will not tolerate the expression of views with which they differ is less important than the sad reality that repetitive acts of speech suppression within and by our academic institutions persist and seem to grow in amount. And that is shameful.

Mr. Abrams highlights a number of a recent examples of recent campus speech controversies,....."

I don’t care if he is Jesus Christ. It’s not settled until it’s heard before the Supreme Court. That’s the only thing factual here, IMHO.

I think what happens is the US dissolves, and its people become citizens of the North American Union, except the one who live in the EU become citizens of the EU.

WE’re back to the Natural Born vs Being a Citizen.

Cruz is a citizen, no doubt. Is he natural born? The answer COULD be yes, could be no. It depends on how you interpret the constitution.

If you interpret it as it was originally, HE IS NOT.
If you interpret it as a document that evolves over time then HE PROBABLY IS.

It’s unsettled, Folks. My hands hurt. GOing for coffee, then practice my guitar.

It’s a non-issue, but, hey,Trump has to talk about something and he knows little on the issues.

THat’s how it should be, but I don’t trust the scoundrel. He could declare Marshall Law... etc... who knows.

I almost think the times will decide the election.

If the times were not so bad, Trump, wouldn’t be a 1000 miles from the presidency, and Cruz would be the runaway candidate...or maybe, God forbid, someone like Bush again.

But the fact is, day by day things are more ominous. Trump seems to have a beat on this. He’s predicted this.

I say things will get worse, much worse whereby we will need to unite behind someone strong, as are country always seems to do in tough times.

Thats the only thing factual here, IMHO.

Not exactly. A person born of two citizen parents in the U.S. and under the jurisdiction of the U.S. is a NBC of the U.S.. That part is non-disputable.

What do you play? A few guit-fiddles here too. Cheap-mid range, Schecter C-1 neckthrouh, and the 12 string semi-hollow, an old Alvaraz dreadnought, for building finger strength.

Only for my own enjoyment, but it is such a kick to make imporvement and pretty sounds. Never thought I could do "Mood for a Day." It just takes deliberate, slow practice, and time.

Trump’s personal attacks on Cruz are as sleazy as any liberal I have ever seen. And because of this I will not vote for Trump even if he is the nominee. I will not vote for another liberal.

You’re the one who gets up and posts these things passionately. I have no credentials other than the common sense, that the issue of Cruz’s eligibility is now become political. This is factual.

He left an opening, and a big one. That is not my passionate voice speaking that’s factual.

Would Trump or anyone else have brought it up if Cruz was not surging? OF COURSE NOT! That’s not my passion speaking, that’s factual.

Is it now about to consume Cruz’s candidacy? Yes? Why? Because the issue is not SETTLED, and you can run up and post ten thousand “passionate” articles and retorts like from that idiot Judge Napolitano, who NEVER gets it right, and other FREEPERS will post to the contrary. That’s factual.

It won’t work. THE MATTER IS NOT SETTLED AND WON’T BE SETTLED UNTIL A COURT DECIDES ON IT. AND THE QUICKER THEY DO THE BETTER.

This is not my passion speaking, it’s factual.

NOt true. Depending on the audience, he might actually be proud about it, like REagan at one time was.

I’d like to ask him, why does he think the country does better under a democrat? I don’t think so. I don’t the little guy thinks so. Maybe people who are rich, get richer under the democrats? I think that might be true.

Let’s ask him to explain that answer.

I think you can say that person is at least a citizen. It depends on how you INTERPRET the constitution.

Would you bet a year’s salary on your opinion? I wouldn’t.
