I was just wondering if the loran system is still functioning and maintained. Then would these boats have receivers? Looks like it is dead.

i don’t believe the military grad gps is easily jammable, its not the same as the civilian system. plus, any navy boat is supposed to keep a running log so DED reckoning can be done just in case electronics fail. i find it impossible skippers on both boats make the same mistake at the same time. not going to happen.
