To: Snickering Hound

I’m also leaning towards an LT screw up. These boats were traveling from port to port...which makes me think that no particular ship was in charge of it, monitoring its position,etc...and they strayed too close to this island. What I don’t understand is why they didn’tnfight back. Their captors could have easily shot them all in the head.

My guess is that the rules of engagement are so tight and they were so outgunned that they decided not to shoot.

The mullahs with the yacht catalogs intervened and slapped down the Revolutionary Guard commanders so they can get their toys on schedule.

They have lottery fever just like we did earlier in the week except they KNOW they're getting the money if they just don't screw it up.
