Repeat of Benghazi hostage attempt, this time “successfully.”
Obama/ValJAr used American service personnel (this time no Ambassador) as bargaining chips. How?
1) Get boats into Iranian waters
2) Report their position to Iranian authorities
3) Have 10 sailors apprehended and photos sent out to the world, humiliating the United States
4) Kerry calls his Iranian counterpart, Javad Zari, and arranges for their release “both countries can come out of this looking good”
5) Force Congress to release the $100-$150 billion of Iranian frozen funds
Just like in Benghazi, when they attempted to kidnap Amb. Stevens and use him as a bargaining chip to secure the release of the Blind Sheikh. Remember the rent-a-mob terrorists in Benghazi who showed up yelling “Dr. Morsi sent us!”
Except this time the plan worked... and Iran wins, again.

I believe our boats WERE NOT in Iranian space (Iran claims
more than half of the PERSIAN GULF!) and tested us with a swarm of boats- our boats are there to prevent Swarm attacks- etc. they are probably the closest to the Iranian shore- with these Crazies in power no problem to attack-
our BOATS WOULD not retreat- - Mexican standoff—
probably told NOT to fire- or resist boarding-
