Actor Sean Penn is breaking his silence about his trip to Mexico to meet notorious drug lord Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman. In an interview for this Sunday's "60 Minutes," Penn spoke to "CBS This Morning" co-host Charlie Rose Thursday night in Santa Monica to talk about his seven hours with Guzman.

I mean there was this mexican enforcer who was called “commando diablo” in mexico , his entire family was beheaded, his mother,sisters, all of them. He said that it just comes with this business.
And he had just been mostly beheading lower ranking members of other cartels, if they were willing to behead 6-7 family members on video and release it on the internet for that , getting the most powerful drug boss in mexico jailed you can guess what extremes they will go.
