INDIANAPOLIS - Prosecutors say a third suspect should be charged with killing a pastor's pregnant wife even if he didn't pull the trigger.
Diano Gordon appeared in court Friday morning, one day after prosecutors filed murder charges against him.
Police believe Gordon was a lookout while two others went inside to rob the home of Davey and Amanda Blackburn.
Larry Taylor Jr. and Jalen Watson already face charges of murder and robbery in the Blackburn case.
Gordon faces two counts of murder, along with burglary, robbery and theft.
The three men are accused of breaking into the Blackburn home on the Indianapolis west side on November 10, 2015. In the process, Amanda Blackburn, a young mother, was shot and killed. Her young child was in the house upstairs and Blackburn was a few months along into a pregnancy.
Court documents accuse Gordon of threatening Blackburn and shooting her.
He's also accused of stealing a laptop and bank cards from the home
