Yup. Those are the New York values we hate.
BTW, New Yorkers, who love their cops so much the NYPD is more than ever at personal risk from nice New Yorkers.

Well yeah, that’s what we predicted was going to happen.
And could anyone blame them?

The NY Daily Spews is an equal opportunity offender.
The middle finger is over the top.
Trump has received equally bad from their front page.
They used to be the working man’s paper.
Now its sole purpose seems to be raw material for confetti for parades down Fifth Avenue.

It’s not like the New York elite and their serfs were going to vote for him, anyway. He has to distance himself from the International Bankers in the minds of Real Americans.

The New York candidate (Trump) is steeped in New York values. Shuck off your first two wives and keep trading down in age till you get one who was a nude model. Party with the Clintons; invite them to your third wedding. Fund liberals. Support abortion, as Trump did until he realized that wasn't going to work with those conservatives who don't have Liberal New York values. His change was temporary and purely situational. He's an opportunist who knows the art of the deal is hyperbole, in his words.
Just as Jeanne Kirkpatrick was right in 1984 at Ronald Reagan's nomination to speak of San Francisco Democrats and values, it's right to point out that there are New York values hostile to the rest of the USA. Donald Trump lives those values, so his feigning anger of the comment is just for show. In his life, he's been a New York elitist with all those boorish, nasty-mouthed insults coming natural to him.

When liberals mock “fly over” country, I wish they would get challenged like this.
That being said, a politician should not mock people as regards their geographical location. There are conservatives and liberals everywhere. Obama learned this lesson when he mocked the “bitter clingers”. Obama didn’t mention a locale, but everyone knew he meant the south.

Mike Lupica, the author of that piece is a New York lib (look at his other pieces) and that's what Ted was talking about. Ted was specifically talking about socially liberal values like being pro abortion, pro homosexual marriage, anti guns..etc and Trump turned that into an issue of people coming together after 9/11. A clever deflection. You can be socially liberal and still 'come together' after a tragic event.

Why would Ted give 2 $chitts about what some libtard no name writer from some junk NY publication thinks ? People in Iowa and S Carolina understand what he was talking about and that’s what matters. Drudge is running that piece simply because it bashes the opponent of the candidate he is in the tank for. Remember he did the same for Romney’s opponent (Newt) in 2012 by pushing the document dump and we ended up with four more years of Obama.
