Not being snarky, real question:

If by `Obama’s gun grab’ you mean mass confiscation of citizens’ legally owned firearms by Federal authorities through declaration of martial law, just how would it be carried out?

State & local law enforcement are already sick of unfunded mandates & will likely say to the Feds, “go confiscate them your own d@mned selves, we’re not participating.”

If the Feds draw their guns and say “Oh yes you are!!”, then it’s civil war. If the Feds go it alone, where’s the manpower to do so? And if they proceed & start banging on doors, then again it’s shots fired & the war is on.

Obama all but omitted mention of gun control in his SOTU. IMO he has pulled his horns in on that one.

Any controversial organization has to assume that government agents or informers, at some level, will attempt to penetrate to discern if anything illegal is going on. It is worse when the infiltrators are informants, because they are encouraged to facilitate criminal acts, providing materials, and even goading others into committing crimes so that they can be arrested.
