But he didn’t gamble. He just brought presents for his employees.

And I would be willing to bet that he didn’t buy them himself, but had someone buy them for him.

Of course I wondered about the logistics of the buy. How do you buy 18,000 single lottery tickets?

He was NOT gambling! He was merely making a circuitous donation to the California Primary Education Fund. It's for the children, you know.
