Webster's Dictionary defines assault weapon as: a gun that can shoot many bullets quickly and that is designed for use by the military.

What Rep. Jim Moeller is trying to do is set a precedent by which any legislative measure can define any weapon as "assault" in order to restrict, or confiscate. Once again we are reminded that liberalism never sleeps. No idea they introduce is one dimensional. There are multiple moves being set up for the future in all they do.

Their dream of dismantling the foundations of liberty and freedom never rest.

I read the bill....it would ban every semi auto pistol “capable of accepting” magazines that hold 10 or more rounds.

The question then becomes, what/whom designated ‘designed for use by the military’? Is it this military ‘loophole’, designed and passed BY the govt, that negates the Citizenry the ability to possess/utilize ‘assault weapons’??

As the Founders were leery of a standing army, hence the militia, are not We the People ‘military’?

What douche-nozzle Moeller doesn’t seem to grasp is the plain English definition of the word ‘infringe’. Maybe, just maybe, the Citizens of WA should teach him the meaning by infringing upon his endeavor of re-election.

I got a taste of this yesterday when I channel surfed into Washington state Governor Jay Inslee’s “State-of-the-State” address on C-Span.

My head is still spinning from the experience.

It's not just guns for this guy. Inslee is also to the Left of Bernie Sanders and Obama on every conceivable economic and environmental issue, too!

Not to be offensive but we moved to northern Michigan just last year.
And this is the kind of thing that we don’t miss one bit, in addition to the rain.

Still have renters in one of the homes there...but wow please keep me up to date on this.
