With your handle, I hope you read the thread a few days ago where we were supposed to figure out which Dickensian character Donald Trump would be. I cited Martin Chuzzlewit for my suggestion. Great book!
hahhh...that is a hard one.. Trump as a Dickensian character. I honestly would have real trouble with that one..Dicken’s characters were often of two types, good or nefarious.
Mr Micawber, does come instantly to my mind, from David Copperfield. “Davey, something will turn up!”... he was a very cheerful character... and eventually something did turn up for him and his family..
