The article indicates nothing of the sort of NBC “making nice” with Trump. NBC’s “making nice” is not in evidence by anything written in the article. NBC official comment was more of the same ol’ PC saying nothing of substance and certainly not making nice with Trump.

You and I have read the article and have arrived here at FR with conflicting opinions regarding what it said.
You have a reading deficit because what I said is so far outside what you believe you didn't consider it. Trump has been a media darling "bad boy" from the beginning. They've given him millions in free air time and followed his every move, allowing him to control the agenda. He's their boy, all the blathering vitriol they show you to the contrary.
