John Mitchell, a former Attorney General, spent a little prison time, for certain of the acts he carried out for a sitting President.
The prosecution against him proceeded AFTER his time as Attorney General. Some criminal activities have no statute of limitations.
Eric Holder is as fully complicit in criminal shenanigans as John Mitchell, if not more so. The only reason Eric Holder studied law books was to look for the loopholes, and the various strategies to resist being held accountable under the law.
Well now, we know what would have happened if he was still the AG and the FBI Recommended Hillary’s indictment. The question is what will Lynch do?
