But, unless I’ve forgotten what I learned in school, I don’t believe a PERMANENT MEMBER of THE SECURITY COUNCIL of the UN (major nations only), is allowed by the rules, to be the Secretary General.
Of course, we know that Obama doesn’t believe in rules, especially when they try to keep him from doing what he wants to do.

I doubt it. They've had 7 years to fluff him up, and haven't done it yet.
