Fars: American boats were armed with 3 heavy guns, patrolled about 2 km inside #Iran’s territorial waters before being detained.
Machine guns. Maybe a small rocket system or 20-30mm Gatling of some type.
None of which matter if you're ordered not to use them.
It all depends on ROE, which are a derivative of WH standing or special orders.
It's down in the Gulf. Are these guys aweigh yet?
