I believe Cruz is withholding disclosure of his FS-240 until and unless the "birther issue" gets legs. At some point, the issue will or could consume a substantial fraction of the chatter. At that point, he'll produce the FS-240 and pronounce the issue settled once and for all.

He's no dummy. he know the truth, and he knows the legal system, and he knows how to play the public like a fiddle.

That is not meant as criticism or a statement that he lacks the skill, temperament or policy positions to be president. He might make a great president, maybe not - the same sort of question associated with any credible candidate. He's WAY better, on the issues, than most or maybe all of his opponents in the primary.

But he is not perfectly honest.
