I began listening to him back in 1994...doesn’t seem that long ago!
Discovered him on a transistor radio while walking down the beach in St. Augustine, Florida in 1988. I think he had only been on a few months at that point.
His life story would make quite a compelling movie IF you could find anyone trustworthy to produce it.
