It's Christian's fault that they are where they are today. At some point between 1976-1988 they decided to muck up Christianity in America with slimy televangelists, megachurches, pop-music, corny theme parks, and all manner of plastic crap that bit them in the rear by the 90s as people could not find God in the mess, and all of the hypocrisy was rightfully seized upon by those on the left. There was a chance after 9-11 to regain lost ground, but no one learned their lesson. Now churches have rainbow flags out front. The biggest churches aren't really even Christian and are more just weekly pep rallies. And so-called preachers live in million dollar mansions, while running phone banks looking for old ladies to turn over their money in exchange for blessings.And people wonder why there is such a negative attitude towards Christianity? Say what you want about Islam, but that’s one religion (cult) that doesn't compromise.

That's quite an indictment. Unfortunately very accurate.
