At least she didn’t implement the plan, (apparently). I wonder if she ordered the plan to be written in the first place?
If we found out about the plan from e-mails on her private server, odds are the Israelis knew about the plan almost immediately.
In which case they would've taken pre-emptive steps to stop it.
