I understand this statement/release is campaigning and electioneering...
However, every ID poll I can find, going back to last AUG, has Trump leading that state. Most show Ben in 2nd. Ted is a close 3rd to Ben, but as many as 10 pts behind Trump.
For the record... ID votes on the 8th of March.
Keep in mind that straw polls and the like don’t gauge the feelings of the actual voters in a state. They gauge the feelings of political hacks and insiders who routinely attend the various Republican Party gatherings. It’s not surprising that Party hacks will choose a sitting Party politician over an outsider every time.
