IMHO, if there are no more terrorists in Gitmo, by closing it, then it justifies in 0bama's pea-brained mind that America's not being mean to the nice muslims anymore.

I think he also knows that is where he is going to end up. If he is a foreign agent then his confinement would come under military law in my opinion. The best location to place him is there with a military tribunal.
