You can’t pass just any law to change the Constitution.
Please read what I wrote. The law being superseded has nothing to do with it. The important point is it defined what the Founding Fathers considered a natural born citizen. To argue otherwise is to treat the Constitution as a “living, breathing” document that means what you want it to.
