I’m still looking for the absolutely perfect copy of the Olive Garden Alfredo sauce. I know the ingredients, but there’s something they’ve got in there they’re not telling us. I’ve got the REd Lobster biscuits down perfect.
I’m using a little curry on my fish and sometimes chicken these days, even to season steaks. I hate to admit it but I love the Montreal Chicken seasoning.
Try using roasted garlic. I use two heads in the sauce for Chicken Milano and it is wonderful. No bitterness at all.
