...but at the same time I'm not going to let Wall Street get away with murder. Wall Street has caused tremendous problems for us. We're going to tax Wall Street."

Trump doesn't understand Wall Street isn't the problem, a bought and paid Congress is that Wall Street takes advantage of to enrich themselves ?

I really wish he would expound on what "tax Wall Street" means

Add taxes? remove tax breaks from existing laws ?

Wall Street is already taxed...

Maybe this is why the Cruz supporters have been chimpin out so crazy lately. The big money men behind him must be flippin out. He’s said he was going after the hedge fund guys (like Mercer) all along. Some kinda deal about them not paying taxes.

How does taxing Wall Street help anyone? Perhaps he should tax Real Estate investors first.

Pray America wakes

At times, the real estate mogul sounded more like Democratic presidential candidate Senator Bernie Sanders, a constant critic of Wall Street, than a billionaire candidate running for the Republican presidential nomination.

And he is cheered on by his FR Hallelujah Choir ... ?

Is this Donald's "Read My Lips" ... no more taxes?

And he is going to use his magic pen for taxes also? I think not. He thinks he will be king or that we are stupid. He probably thinks both.

Finally, the real Donald Trump shows himself. Once a far left loon, always a far left loon. Bernie Sanders may have found his running mate.

Tax Wall Street? He once advocated a confiscatory tax on the rich and said he was okay nationalizing banks and nationalizing healthcare. Taxing Wall Street fits right in there with all those other nonsensical Occupy Wall Street mantras.

No thanks.

Donald, the TAX MAN COMETH.

Hold on to your wallet when a politician talks taxes. In this case your IRA 401K or your Pension.

I’m with Trump here. High speed trading, where trades are made literally in microseconds and a facility’s distance from the trading floor affects response time, as light (and electronic signals) only travel at 186,000 miles per second, is INSANE - but very profitable to the insiders.

It could be wiped out tomorrow with something as a 0.25% tax on stock sales, something that a normal investor should not even notice (i.e., $25 on a $10,000 transaction). Either do that, or outlaw the practice outright (I don’t care).
