What Trump is saying is that even he knows Cruz is eligible the problem if he is the nominee he will be sued by the liberals and be tied into court. Or at least the cloud will be over him running. This type of MSM attacks could have doubts and to the idiots out there they will believe it. Could cost him votes.

There have been dozens of such lawsuits filed against Obama, all of which were dismissed. There have already been some filed against Cruz, Rubio and Jindal which have been dismissed, as well.
I remember the last election and (hope the Trumpers are true to themselves) when Newt Gingrich attempted to point out Romney’s Achilles heel which would be optimized by the DEMS and was, his wealth and handling of previous business negatives......OMG, the MSM, Fox GOPe elites, Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, Brit Hume, hundreds of Freepers and lets not forget Brother Love Santorum all accused him successfully, of “GOING negative.” So would you all agree that Trump is going negative?
Which begs the (rhetorical) question: Where was the liberal, lamestream media when questions about Obama's birth status ran rampant (and in some circles, still do?!)
