Why would you say that? It is his daughter getting groped; she doesn’t belong to the “village” (yet). Why should he just bury his head in the sand?
I would call it being fingered.
Then why didn’t he, as her father, just say ‘ STOP!’.....I don’t want my daughter subjected to this.

OK I will go farther.....
I can see documenting the elderly in wheelchairs and say SEE WHAT THE TSA are doing????....this is insane.
I just think it adds insult to injury to video his little girl and put her online.
