Donald Trump threatens to pull £700m investment from Scotland
BBC World News ^ | 6 January 2016 | BBC

Donald Trump has threatened to withhold £700m of investment in Scotland if he is banned from entering the UK.

MPs will debate later this month whether the US presidential hopeful should be refused entry. Mr Trump owns the Turnberry golf course in South Ayrshire as well as Trump International Golf Links near Aberdeen.

In a statement, his Trump Organisation said it had planned to invest more than £200m at Turnberry and a further £500m at the Aberdeenshire course.

But it warned that any action to restrict travel would force it to "immediately end these and all future investments we are currently contemplating in the United Kingdom".

Good for Trump ! It's about time someone slapped these Islamo-nazi nuzzling Liberal British MPs around . They have been handing their great country to hell in a handbasket for far too long . I am so impressed that Trump is not even intimidated by the UK Parliment . Kick some arse Donald !

Politicians are politicians. They will buckle when money is involved.

What a brave person! In the US, he would have just bribed the Clintons and the Pelosis to have his way. In the UK, he is threatening to kick some arse.

This is just “make news”. The UK is only being forced to “debate” this due to some stupid petition and the rules that govern these petitions. They are NOT going to ban him... just give it an hour of so of “debate” to check the box.

Nevertheless, candidates are going to milk free and great publicity where they can get it.

Way.To.Go.TRUMP!!!

If they don't want your product or money, pull it...my position is they will come running back in their beer and crying they didn't mean it...I would say to them ‘Shove it!’

With the way the world is right now, I wouldn't want any of my product anywhere where I couldn't get to it...

British were the whole reason why America was born anyway, so take your Muslim loving Country and choke on it!!!

But isn't one big reason Trump claims he is running is to get money out of politics?

I think what he’s actually said is that he can’t be bought. He didn’t say that the others aren’t being bought.

“The UK is only being forced to “debate” this due to some stupid petition and the rules that govern these petitions. “

Maybe so, but the idiot female Home Secretary is making a big thing out of it, so how do you spin that? The UK is a muslim crap hole, not worthy of any outside investment at all!

$700. Million Pounds? That is a WHOLE LOT of money!
Donald is about to make Cameron bow and kiss his DollarBill Ring. If Cameron helps to ban Donald, that may be the last straw for Scotland. The majority of Scots already wish to be declared independent of England, once and for all.

Trump is a businessman for cripes sake. Cruz is married to Goldman Sachs and his international, globalist masters fund his PACs.

Cruz runs pro Israel statements on his webpage and votes the Corker bill so his corporate controllers can do business with Iran... a true Judas vote against Israel.

Trump is responding in his typical consistant fashion as being personally dissed when attacked. In UK s case some socialist pols there refuse to allow him in because of his stance on Islam . When he should be attacking those pols becsuse these fools fail to understand or admit what Islam actually is. He deals with this as if it were a personal insult and responds thoughtlesssly and without depth with a counter business threat.
