So, TP stands for talking points then? If that’s all they were, you’re probably right in thinking that they weren’t classified, just political.
Even so, someone should be asking various parties, including Hillary, what they understand “nonpaper” to mean. From her email, it would appear she expected that term to be understood by Sullivan.
Also, as someone else pointed out, she used two separate email accounts in that series.
If they weren't classified why would they need to strip anything from the messages to fax them?
