I’d need a lot more information to draw firm conclusions, but “Turn it into a nonpaper” would be interpreted by most staffers as meaning to sanitize it to an unclassified form, so i’m not sure this is as damning as it might appear. No staffer is going to just strip off the classification markings and send it plain text without going through their security officer or intel analyst to ensure that the plain text does not contain classified information.

These emails were sent just a few days after Hillary visited a Symbion plant in Tanzania. She was there in Dar es Salaam on 13 June, 2011. The former annoying ambassador to Gabon Joseph Wilson of Valerie Plame ‘superspy’ fame was also involved in that Symbion visit... according to an article in the Daily Caller.
This is interesting - there has been a prior kerfuffle over how many secret email addresses Hillary had.
She claims only one.
But she has two email addresses - hrod17 and HDR22. This has been explained away as the one account’s name being change from HDR22 to hrod17, when she left office...and emails originally sent under HDR22 now show hrod17 when opened and printed years later. Here’s the explanation:

But in this one string, both accounts show up. So the explanation doesn’t make sense. The 8:17 email doesn’t go to either address...just goes to “H”. H may be a drop box of sorts, that notifies both accounts.
I’m also curious about the secure fax...was this in her office? Or did she have one of those at her house too.

In June 2011 when these emails were sent, Amb. Chris Stevens and friends were set up in a hotel, not the place where the Benghazi attack eventually occurred.
There was a bomb that went off in the parking lot of this hotel in June and after this they moved their operations out of the hotel to various locations before settling into the place where Stevens later was trapped.
I don't think she's qualified to do much of anything. She can't get her own tea, can't work her own fax machine and sleeps a lot!

Most of the MSM websites are still putting “Hillary broke the law” stories down toward the bottom of their sidebar, which is like saying “Reginal Denny got hit”.
This explains why Shrillary and her team were saying weakly that the documents in her e-mails weren’t marked classified, so how the hell were they supposed to know? The fact is, satellite intelligence pictures were in those e-mails. They weren’t marked with classification markings? BS!!! That stuff is born classified. There’s a reason that reconnaissance pictures (aside from a very few grainy ones) from the Cuban missile crisis are just being publicly released now.
