Throwing the question of Obama’s citizenship and education right back into their faces!
I don't know if it would apply in a situation like this, but there certainly is plenty of precedent for a party, concerned they are about to be sued, to file first to get a declaratory judgment from a court that their actions, etc are indeed legal, constitutional, etc.
Levin is a lawyer, knows the Constitution and does 15 hours a week on his radio show.
So what, that he spent an hour or two yesterday. I'm not sure what you think that means but I know that he likes to talk about the Constitution and he has lots of air time to fill.
False charges can be opened up at any time, by anybody, against anybody.
Even IF I accept that Obama is OK because of his mother being American & me was born in Kenya———
When His mother went to Indonesia & married a native of that country, she gave up her American citizenship & also gave up Obama’s American citizenship.
Indonesia does NOT recognize a double citizenship.
When Obama ws sent back to Hawaii when he was 10, there is NO RECORD of his American citizenship being restored......
Therefore, I say that he was NEVER qualified to be President.

This isn’t the first time Levin has gone on for hours about Cruz’s eligibility. He’s done it several times. I will just turn him off now when he is repeating himself ad nauseam.
No one cares about your distinction. Just go with Trumpbots and enjoy it. You have about 2 more months to keep the hope alive for Cruz. Savor it. :-)

True. So there would also have to be a record of her expatriation and an additional record of her repatriation, because clearly at this point she is a U.S. citizen (which surely she has always been since she was born in Wilmington, DE).
Surely there is a Craig Livingstone wannabe who would be happy to dig up and release all these records at State in order to discredit Cruz. But so far, nada. (Because they don't exist.)
Cruz' father became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2005.
The Hillary cartel has standing to sue and motivation to if hes the nominee. So goes also for any who lose to him in the primary. Would they win? Its 50/50 since what the law says is not what drives such things, its about power and wealth.
