In that role he runs the Landmark Legal Foundation, "America's oldest, conservative, non-profit, public interest law firm." Today he opened his radio show by explaining once and for all why both Ted Cruz, and Barack Obama meet the natural born citizen test of the Constitution for the presidency.

Cruz may be, and by current law he probably is, but until the Supreme Court rules, everyone just has their opinion. Keep in mind that Amanda Carpenter is a former Cruz flak, and Mark Levin is Ted’s current flak. Levin is just one lawyer with an opinion and I’m tired of Levin thinking he’s the definitive answer on anything. In the meantime, I’ll stick with the candidate born in Queens.

Saw a segment on SNL where there was this mock republican debate and guy playing Trump goes at Bush and really gets under his skin. At one point he turns to Bush and says, and I hear you sit down when you pee.

Let me tell you how this thing works...because you remain very confused.

First, the burden of proof is on someone with ‘standing’ to prove he cannot run. You don’t go to court, in this country, to be proven innocent on something unless someone else brings it up. So this idea that Cruz can or should go get a pre emptive kiss of legality from a court is just, well, STOOOOPID.

Second, Levin is no flak. He’s been very consistent with his message on the national stage since the early 90s, maybe before. He was saying the same stuff when Cruz was a teen ager.....

This flak crap is just, well, STOOOPID. Has it ever dawned on you that maybe Levin likes Cruz because Cruz has always stood for what Levin has always stood for? No, it hasn’t.......

I’ve come to the conclusion that Trump is in his zone, and the zone is the New York genes running through his body. I think he says things for a purpose. I winced when he brought this up about Cruz, but in some ways it helps Cruz, because Cruz has class, and doesn’t take the bait.

But Trump knows too, that there are a lot of stupid people out there who will believe anything, they’re called low informational democrats and independents, and he’s looking for their vote. I’d say fifty percent of what Trump says is directed at them.

So, don’t get your underwear out of joint. I think these two have a special bond, and they speak to each other between the lines.

My teenage daughter communicates with better manners and less theatrics and she doesn’t claim to be a journalist. You on the other hand do.
