True, but they don’t make the final decision.
He didn't say HE was questioning Cruz's eligibility, he said others were raising the question.
By making that point ("A lot of people are bringing that up."), the loser (Trump) is revealing his hysteria.
Losers like Trump HATE to lose. They get hysterical. That's what we are seeing here.
Again, Trump is a loser. He is not qualified to be President.
Loser.
Totally agree with your post.
I see a lot of intellectual dishonesty or ignorance about who are natural born citizens from these so-called experts. And the danger is there that the Dems could get this in court for full hearings damaging Cruz’s chances. I’ve close to a decade going over the NBC issue.
However, there is no doubt I’ll vote for Cruz over any Dem who want to throw out the entire Constitution if they get the chance.
The Act also establishes the United States citizenship of certain children of citizens, born abroad, without the need for naturalization: "the children of citizens of the United States that may be born beyond Sea, or out of the limits of the United States, shall be considered as natural born Citizens".
Your post is a loser, you losin’ loser. LOL
There appears to be some issues:

The “original” SR511 definition of NBC ( http://www.leahy.senate.gov/press/the-introduction-of-a-senate-resolution ) signed by Obama, Clinton, Leahy, Coburn, Webb and McCaskill and verified by Chertoff, states very plainly that NBC means born in the USA of two US citizen parents. The SR511 that Congress vetted McCain with ( https://www.govtrack.us/congress/bills/110/sres511/text ) is a watered down version but still states TWO US CITIZENS.
There is a reason Leahy has kept the original version on his website all these years.

“Don’t you think it would be better for Cruz to put all the documentation and facts out there”
Don’t hold your breath, looks like Cruz is going the Obama route
“At present, all FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) requests filed in search of any U.S. citizenship documents to confirm the true official U.S. citizenship status of Ted Cruz have been denied access. All citizenship records for Ted Cruz are sealed unless and until Ted Cruz agrees to allow any such records to be released by either U.S. or Canadian agencies.”

LOL - You’re a kick.
Yeah, but were his parents “citizens of the United States”?
His dad was not, did his Mom take Canadian citizenship at the same time her husband did?
I am glad you realized that. So are you!
Used to be that “natural born citizen” meant and was judicially interpreted to mean anyone born not only in the United States but also born to parents born in the United States.
There is no evidence that Cruz’s mother ever applied for Canadian citizenship.
I think Cruz would make a fine prez, but experts agree that man made climate change is real. They agree that obama isn’t a fraud. SCOTUS are supposed to be constitutional experts, yet we have obamacare, and the list goes on and on.
That said, I think the experts are right about Cruz, but I am certain not all agree, as with anything needing an opinion.
Trump is simply pointing out the “very precarious” position the GOP is in when they refuse to treat the question of Cruz’s eligibility the same way they treated Obama’s. It’s logically inconsistent to not treat them the same.

Check out post 48.
I still think Trump is a shill for the Clintons. All that noise the Donald made about OBozo’s BC was just a ploy to “try” the case in the press and declare him qualified. PERIOD.
so, now, after meekly tucking his tail between his legs, and vouching for the Kenyan’s status, he’s casting doubt on CRUZ?
Give me a f’n BREAK!
Sadly, no.
LOL....well, it is the bull-aze, you know :)
Sorry. It's settled law.
I hope Cruz is elected. I don't want to exchange one godless narcissist for another.
Trump is unpredictable.
You may believe otherwise.
The eligibility argument is a non-starter. It's like chasing shiny objects or squirrels.
If you are born to a US citizen (no matter where), you are eligible because you are a "natural born citizen" of the United States (Art II, Sec 1).
I just hope that as Trump supporters begin to question their early choice, they will be able to see the truth of the matter: Trump is a loser.
