With all due respect lacrew, patriots need to check every law and action of the corrupt federal government against the feds constitutionlly limited powers, most of these few powers listed in the Constitutions Section 8 of Article I.

And I can tell you right now that we are not going to find any clauses in Section 8 that reasonably justify the FAAs regulations, particularly since aviation technology was not invented when the Constitution was drafted.

Thomas Jefferson and James Madison had put it this way about the evil (my word) federal government.
