True, a regular fission bomb could be made by a 16 year old nerd in his basement on weekends...
but a fusion bomb is alot more technical.
I mean REALLY, REALLY technical.
You get a small fusion reaction by default from a boosted fission device.
NK could be technically correct that their boosted fission bomb produced a fusion reaction.
