Hi back atcha! I am trying to get my strength back after a year of chemotherapy.

Just started walking on my treadmill a few days ago, and doing quite well, thank you!

Weight lifting comes next, and other exercises. I’ll be happy to be strong and clear-headed again.

Chemo totally sucks.
