Thanks, but if the establishment republicans are backing Cruz, I think I’ll vote for Trump. I am so sick of the establishment republicans giving us the likes of McCain, Dole, Romney and the like. If they pick Cruz, that’s a black mark against him.

Trump voted for Obama, donated to the most leftist Dems, criticized Romney for being too tough on immigration, never joined a conservative fight in his life. And he's an old guy.

I disagree with your premise that somehow if some GOPe now come out for Cruz it means somehow Cruz is corrupted.
On the contrary, it means we’ve won. There is no way at any point the last four years that the GOPe wanted Ted Cruz as the nominee for 2016. He was their last choice. They hate him.
And Cruz hasn’t changed. The fact some GOPe have been forced to compromise on Cruz due to Trump is a good thing.
