I see a Trump/Cruz Administration enforcement of Federal drug laws.
Cruz says it's a matter for the individual states.
Kasich and Christie are the ones you're looking for, then. Trump and Cruz both support the Tenth Amendment.
Trump => As far as legalizing pot in general, he said, "I really believe we should leave it up to the states."
