Makes one wonder if there’s intra-city thug murder competitions.
Chicago had more homicides, but the population their is more the 4 times as large.
Baltimore had a murder rate of 55 per 100,000 residents. About 13 times the national average.
Oppressive gun laws, Liberalism and giving space to destroy don’t seem to be working.
