To: Tolerance Sucks Rocks

I went to college in Washington, D.C. (American University), and some of my fondest memories are riding my bicycle on those bike lanes around the district, especially out to Teddy Roosevelt Island. And I don’t have a problem with the government building them, or having tolls on them, either. I’d pay for it and go for a spin. Building roads is one of the enumerated powers of the federal government, and at least when I was there, the bike lanes were well designed. It’s all the other s**t the government is doing that isn’t in Article 8 which leads to the current troubles.

Interesting. My copy says “To establish Post Offices and post Roads”

I think BIKE trails, HO or otherwise, let alone TOLL BIKE TRAIL(s), is a far stretch from those enumerated powers.

IMO, it’s ‘funny’ how ‘Conservative’ those on this board get when it comes to something THEY utilize/champion...right out the F* window. Odd, isn’t it?
