I suspect many of these cities will soon have problems filling their ranks as the “first responders” (black, white and in between) seek employment in normal communities.
They already are. Qualified applicants cannot be found....
There is no shortage of applicants for those positions; it is easy pay and at least in NJ cities, nobody sticks his neck out. Simply “de-police” for 25 years (showing up for work then doing nothing), and you can retire while many taxpayers have another 20 years to go in the rat-race.
I’m not aware of any of these places that can’t find employees for any government job.
they get a little hurt or stress and schazaam....huge pension and medical for the rest of your life...
