I once said that to a liberal neighbor at a Christmas party. He started swearing, stomped his feet, called me a fascist and stomped out of the room.
When my neighbor returned he ranted about the thousands of people killed by guns and told me our benevolent government was harmless. I then reminded him of Hitler, Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot and the results of an unarmed populace. His head nearly exploded and he started screaming at me.

I learned back during the Clinton Regime that it is a waste of time trying to reason with a Liberal. They were born as fools and when they die, they will die as fools.
Liberals have also long opposed the teaching of “facts” in public schools. They prefer emphasis on “do-good” “feelings”, etc. They cannot be converted unless washed in the Blood. And they deplore the emphasis on the blood in Christianity too.
