Looks like the medical profession wants a piece of the tax payer funded pie.

I am distressed because it is so cold outside. Down in the teens and single digits overnight. Wish we actually had some global WARMING.

I wish I could be alive in 300 years to see what the history books say about the “great climate change hysteria”. And to also see that the beach is in the same place, and the weather will be the same.
Idiots.

How about the psychological effects of over intrusive government on the masses. That’s on display every day in every way.
To: Libloather
I think what this is telling us is that in the near future, if you don’t wholeheartedly believe, you will be flagged as having a mental disorder, and that “fact” will be entered into NICS and your employment record, possibly on a no-fly and no-government-job list.

I’m not sure we have 200 million progressives, yet, in this country, but I’m sure all of them will be suffering from psychological distress no matter how the climate changes, or even if it doesn’t.
They seem to have developed an amazing ability to suffer from invented problems.

My skinny butt. 200 million is two-thirds of the population. Is there no end to these lies??? Now with the good ole catholic pope jumping on the bandwagon it will only get worse. He already said non-believing atheists will go to heaven. So, he’s wrong there and now on global warming/climate change/what ever the hell they will call it next. Wonder what his next wrong prediction will be. Repent mr. pope, it is your only chance.

Medical profession? Sure, they’ll make some money - but this “psychological distress” will become another substitute for work for a whole new class of unemployed/unemployable gibsmedats!

How will we cope with a changing world?
We won't. All 200 million of us with our mental health problems due to 'psychological distress' will simply kill ourselves.
God, these Climate Changers are freaking idiots!!!

I demand that those 200,000,000 people be rounded up and sent to mental camps. If any illegals found, deport them.
I fully expect the Wildlife Fund to round those wackos up. I would start with their own membership lists

The good news - a lot of this worry about weather can be eliminated by massive redistribution of wealth from developed nations to third world crap holes.

They've got themselves covered by claiming that all "extreme" weather is caused by "climate change," even when the extreme weather manifests itself in opposite directions, e.g., hot/cold, heavy rain/drought, heavy snow/light snow, more tornados/fewer tornados, etc.
Here in the NW, last year's light mountain snowfall was hailed as a sign of climate change, and now this year's heavy mountain snowfall is being hailed as a sign of climate change.
