“This is a private company not the government. They can do as they wish”

If only this were still true. Heard of the bakers who just paid $140k in fines to the gubmint? Howabout the trucking company who hired and fired muzzies who wouldn’t deliver beer? They just got awarded $440k in back pay and “anguish”.

It just goes on and on and on. Until we have tort reform that limits these kind of lawsuits and reign in gubmint beurocrabbies; we are stuck with this nonsense.

The best and most important thing to do though is to remove Islam from the protected religions list for many reasons but mainly because it isn’t compatible with our Constitution or a true religion anyway.

The way they should have done this is not to fire them. Simply stop putting them on the schedule. Don’t tell them they are fired. Just that you don’t have any hours for them.
