Depends on if the new judge can be bribed.
Wow. Cute kid. Why does every picture of him look like he's been chemically lobotomized?
Shouldn't Mom and Momma's Boy at least be allowed to stay in Mexico a while and stand trial for illegal entry? How long did the Meskins detain that Marine who mistakenly blundered into their "legal system"?
He might survive. He could think of it as basic training for prison when he gets back to the US.
Mom probably wouldn't be able to stand the shock of being locked up with all those people who look like the servants back home. She might not survive her first terror-filled night in Poblacion General.
Oh well; no loss.
Yep, the apple didn’t fall far from the tree.
You’re right. It’s only fair to let them answer to charges in Mexico. A few years in a Mexican prison might teach influenza boy a few lessons.
My thoughts exactly. Affluency fail.
It was the no drugs or alcohol part of probation that did him in. They test.
If you can avoid those things and have the money to pay the fees, probation isn’t difficult.
There is no hard evidence that he himself was drinking at that party, only that he was present where alcohol was being consumed. It's highly unlikely that he would have gone to prison for that, probably just had the terms of his probation stiffened. But NO, can't be having that, so he and mom doubled down.
They chose poorly.
Here’s the silver lining to all this: in a painfully divided America, this is the one issue on which there has been unanimous bipartisan accord. The judge in this case has not one defender at any point on the political spectrum.
Set him up in a nice brotherly love prison.
At least he wasn't smoking pot.
He’s going to be the “Belle of the Ball.”
How about whatever companies who are buying this 15 million dollars worth of Sheet metal...just stop.
There has to be another Sheet metal company who can provide you the same products.
This boy needs a few Prison Pickles to snap him back into reality and the real world.
Jail the dam judge as well.
LOL!
CBS evening news just said he’s only facing 4 months because it goes back to the juvenile court.
I don’t get it. Why try to escape from probation? All he had to do was stay put and check in with his probation officer. He could have spent all his time at home watching TV or playing video games or something. Did he (and his parents) have such an inflated sense of entitlement that even that was too much? Were they really that devoid of any conscience for what he had done?
Unbelievable.
It proves his original defense. Having never been called to account for any of his past behavior, even probation for killing 4 people was too much to bear. So they should let him off again, of course.
Punk got probation for killing 4 people and that STILL wasn’t good enough?
I’d take 10 yrs probation over living in Mexico any day.
