The State of NY is,obviously,one of our biggest and most important states.NYC is obviously our biggest and most important city.It sounds like Cuomo's plans could conceivably create an enormous *regional* power shortage.Remember,Westchester County is just north of the city itself....just one huge bedroom suburb.If my fear is well founded would New Jersey,Connecticut,etc be both able *and* willing to make up the huge shortfall that would very possibly exist?
